Bench Brinell Hardness Testing 240mm For Ferrous And Non-Ferrous Metals
Brinell testing is mainly used in hardness determination for metallic materials such as cast iron, steel profiles, nonferrous metals and soft alloys, and also can be used for testing of hard plastics, bakelite and some other nonmetallic materials. The apparatus is suitable for use in factories, workshops, laboratories, universities and research institutes.
It is improved on a basis of HBE-3000. It serves to measure the Brinell hardness of ferrous metals,
non-ferrous metals. Clear load weight. It adopts electronic automatic load system. It has ten steps
of test force. Test range is more extensiver. Precision is higher.
HBE-3000Aautomatic Brinell hardness tester features a wide measuring range up to 3000 Kgf with a high accuracy conform DIN 51225/1. During the automatic test cycle the applied force will be controlled
by closed loop system which guarantees a constant force on the work piece, conforming to DIN 50351.
The HBE-3000A comes completely with a reading microscope with enlargement factor 20X and a micrometer resolution of 0.005mm.
